The Painter's Key

Students will learn the necessary elements to become familiar with being a fine artist; Learning the basics in painting through observation as well as expression with an introduction on how to best utilize the tools of painting and incorporating what they learn through individual instruction. The Art of Folding Paper

Create your own Valentine’s Day Card and Paper Flower Sculpture in one day!We will create a Valentine’s Day Card and a Flower with stem and leaves using simple origami techniques. Several specialty origami papers will be available so that you can create your very own one-of-a-kind card and flower to give to someone special. No prior paper folding experience required.
Mosaic Magic

Thinking about working with mosaic art? Already started but want to learn more? Join us for (2), four-hour sessions and learn how to create beautiful mosaic patterns and motifs from stained glass, ceramic tile, and/or other recycled items. Students will complete one mosaic piece.
Build a Clay Birdhouse

Come to this great new workshop to design and make your very own birdhouse out of clay! We will learn slab building and work with sprig/press molds, and a variety of textures, patterns and colors to create unique surface designs. We will also incorporate mixed materials such as branches, wood and small stones to add a creative look to your house. You will be able to hang your birdhouse either indoors or outdoors. Students need only bring their imaginations!
