Students will have four opportunities to work independently with a variety of techniques introduced during the first two hours of each workshop. The second two hours will be self motivated exploration in clay. Instructors will help guide and assist individuals through the creative process.

Reiki Workshops(All ages)

This workshop will begin with a discussion of energy, how it moves in us, thru us, and around us. We will discuss how to move energy by using Qi Gong, as well as, how we ALL have the power to heal ourselves by using energy. Everyone who participates will have the opportunity to experience this energy for themselves. Join us for this truly amazing experience.

“Reiki (pronounced Ray Key),” translated from Japanese, means “universal life force energy.” It is a natural system of healing that uses energy which is all around and through everyone and everything; some call this energy the God force or life force. Reiki works very well with traditional medicine as it enhances the positive effects of the healing process and reduces the time required to heal after operations and other invasive procedures. It works on many levels: mental, emotional and physical, as well as promotes spiritual growth. Reiki opens the heart to love because the healing energy is love energy; they are one in the same.
