Facility Rental Information

The Father Ryan Arts Center is carefully designed as a multi-use facility suitable for a variety of uses from live performances, classes and workshops to business, civic and social occasions. Following the grand opening of the new arts center, we are offering special introductory rental rates. For more information, please call 412.771.3052.

Baverso Theater: $200/day; Lighting Technician $10/hr; Sound Technician $10/hr.
Classrooms and studios: $100/day or $50/half-day

Gallery

This space exudes creativity and encourages visitors to stretch their imaginations while enjoying a diversity of art forms. Exhibits change throughout the year and feature the work of the region's finest artists and craftsmen. This pleasant, creative space is available, by special arrangement, for small receptions and parties.

Dance Studios

The two professional dance studios were designed in cooperation with a professional dance company complete with dance bars, mirrored walls and a sprung-wood floor this space is well utilized for classes and workshops.

Art Classrooms/Studios

These two rooms feature large windows for natural lighting as well as broad-spectrum color correct overhead lighting.

Baverso Theater

Baverso Theater, named for the center’s architect, John E. Baverso, is a 1,400 square foot, 125-seat multipurpose theater with retractable seating for flexibility that makes the Father Ryan Arts Center a perfect venue for events, intimate performances, annual meetings and seminars. The adjacent lobby area can be used for refreshment breaks and/ or receptions in conjunction with an event in the theater.

Lobby

Our lobby is an inviting space designed to accommodate events, receptions, exhibits as well as the everyday activities in the center. Our reception area is easily accessible and our staff will be glad to help you or answer any questions.

Sandie's Café

Sandie's Cafe is a charming indoor bistro measuring 936 square feet, named for Sandie Colatrella a partner with John Baverso Architects, that offers modern amenities and comfortable seating perfect for small parties or special occasions. Supported by the commercial kitchen, the café will be open to the public for a snack or light lunch. Leasing and rental opportunities are available.
