Please fill out the following online PRE-registration form. You can register up to THREE STUDENTS or THREE CLASSES per form. Include the student's age after his/her name on the form below. You may see a message to resubmit the form upon completion - that is not necessary. Please only submit once. You will recieve an e-mail confirmation that your pre-registration information has been submitted along with payment instructions. After you pre-register, download the Father Ryan Arts Center POLICY & PROCEDURES FORMS, complete and drop off or mail along with your payment to the arts center. Thank you.
