The Father Ryan Arts Center is carefully designed as a multi-purpose facility suitable for a variety of uses from live performances, classes and workshops to business, civic and social occasions. Catering/Food Service

The Facility Usage Requestor agrees to contract with one of three caterers, J & G Catering (phone: 412.434.4772); Lynn's Quality Catering (phone: 412.771.6360); or Strickly Business Catering (phone: 412.781.6668) for any food services needed during the Facility Usage Requestor’s event at the arts center. No other food or soft drinks may be served in the art center facility during requested event.

Alcohol Usage on Premises

            Usage Requestor:

• shall not offer alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21, or anyone visibly intoxicated;
• accepts full responsibility for any and all effects or results of the serving of alcohol at event, including effects or results of over-consumption by any individual;
• shall hold the Father Ryan Arts Center harmless, as per Indemnification clause of this Usage Agreement, for any damage to the arts center facility or to person or property of any third party caused directly or indirectly by serving of alcohol;
• may not, under any circumstances, sell alcoholic beverages;
• accepts that if the event is longer than two hours, the arts center will hire a trained bar tender who will serve and monitor alcohol usage during the Facility Usage Requestor’s event on the arts center premises. A fee will be built into agreement to accommodate the cost of hiring the trained bar tender.
