Resident/Non-resident Policy
In order to serve the members of our community and to provide access to affordable arts experiences for all while maintaining a high-standard for quality, we offer a two-tier fee system. Individuals and families living within the 15136 postal code are considered residents and will receive the reduced rate fee. Those living outside of the 15136 postal code are considered non-residents. Not all programs or activities are resident/non-resident fee based.

Financial Assistance

The Father Ryan Arts Center is pleased to announce a NEW SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM for students living in the Sto-Rox School District for the upcoming arts education semeter. It is part of the mission of the Father Ryan Arts Center to offer youth, teens and families living in the Sto-Rox community an opportunity to participate in diverse, challenging, and high quality arts programs that are accessible and affordable.

To help accomplish this mission and with generous foundation, corporate and individuals’ support, the Father Ryan Arts Center is able to provide 50 need-based scholarships in amounts equaling half the regular cost of class tuition to students who wish to attend our creative arts classes.

Scholarships are given on a first-come-first-served basis and space is limited. Applicants are encouraged to apply early. To better serve our community, the arts center provides these scholarships to those who might not be able to participate because of income level, and also offers MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS to ensure that all students interested in the arts have the opportunity to participate regardless of financial circumstances.
